Horlock

Split between London and Leeds, Horlock is a DJ, musician, and producer, as well as the driving force and director of Radiate. Specialising in Disco, Speed Garage, and Drum & Bass, he strikes the perfect balance between danceable beats and a dirty bassline.

With performances at events across the UK and internationally, including in Leeds, London, York, and France, Horlock has made his mark at festivals like Wutopia and collaborated with Dazed Disco. He has also worked closely with the University of York Snowsports Club (YUsnow), Leeds Snowriders, and Wasteland Travel in Val Thorens.

As the owner and head of Radiate Events, Bookings, and Promotion, Joe is passionate about nurturing emerging talent and creating a vibrant sense of community in the electronic music scene.

His latest release, a garage rework of JwBlakes’ “No Chillin’,” exemplifies his genre-blending style, and he has no intention of slowing down in both his production and event planning.
