PR!MAL

House, UKG, Bassline, Jungle

PR!MAL’s performances are about awakening something raw, letting pure instincts move your body as the music fills the dancefloor. Originally from West Yorkshire and now based in York, they deliver dynamic sets rooted in Northern culture, blending house, UKG, bassline, and jungle.

As a queer and disabled artist, PR!MAL is passionate about creating inclusive spaces where everyone feels free to move, connect, and be themselves.

In York, they’ve built a strong local presence, having played at pretty much every major club in the city: Flares, Ziggy’s, Kuda, Bluebox, Yates, Jalou — and even the racecourse. Their reach has since expanded to other cities, with sets at iconic spots like Space, HiFi, and Stage & Radio.

PR!MAL has supported acts like Star. One, featured on Swing Dash Radio, and is making their festival debut this summer at Coastfest, sharing the stage with Window Kid and other major artists.

Outside the booth, they co-run a queer-led events collective in York, spotlighting underrepresented talent and pushing alternative club sounds. Whether it’s a packed-out venue or a DIY rave, PR!MAL brings proper Northern basslines and a community-led feel every time.
